Lifetime Repair and Returns Policies


All jewelry purchased from One Flight Up is eligible for our lifetime guarantee. Jewelry is eligible for a free repair or replacement at shop's fair discretion. Please note that our lifetime repair policy does not cover lost posts, only repairs to jewelry you currently own that was purchased directly from us. 

To begin a repair claim, we kindly request that you email over your name, original order number, and image of the jewelry to with the subject “Repair Jewelry”.

You are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance to send the piece back. We do not hold responsibility for jewelry until it arrives and is checked over we are not responsible for lost mail. Repairs can take 3-4 months to get back.


By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and fully agree to our return policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason at any time. We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness to prevent cross contamination with all of our jewelry, and for this reason we cannot accept or restock any jewelry. This is for the ultimate safety of all of our clients. 

Should you have any concerns receiving your jewelry please contact us ASAP! 


Pre-Orders and Customized or Ready to ship orders must be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting us with your name and order number and the subject line "ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION". While not guaranteed, we will work our hardest to make your request happen. We cannot cancel orders once a label has been generated on our end as that means the order has been picked up by the courier and is in transit.
