Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service and sales to anyone who does not treat our team with kindness and consideration. 

Shipping

We are excited to ship our collection of jewelry directly to you. By placing an order you fully understand and agree to our policies, terms, and conditions. 

One Flight Up is not responsible for jewelry or other apparel once it has been picked up by the courier and is in transit. If something were to happen in transit its your responsbiliblky to file a claim with the carrier. 

In-Store Pickup

At checkout you are presented with the option for in-store pickup. Once items are paid for, they are held at One Flight Up. Items not picked up after 30 Days are subject to a $5 storage fee PER month. After 6 months if your item as not been picked up it will become out property and go into the case for sale. 

PLEASE NOTE: For all pickup orders you do not need an appointment 

In the event that you have jewelry held for pickup and need for it to be shipped, please reach out to us via email so that we may ship your order instead. You are responsible to pay the shipping. 

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
