Flat Back Post

When it comes to our orders, please note that the posts are not included. But here's the cool part: once you make that initial purchase, you won't need to buy them again. That's because all of our fronts effortlessly snap securely into the posts, making it a one-time investment for endless style possibilities

Most healed ears will fit a 1/4th back if you feel you have a thicker ear a 5/16th post will fit. I personally pierce with 16g for more stability but you can downsize to a 18g when you are healed if you like the thinner looking posts.
